I have been having an intermittent problem with my mouse on a Toshiba Satellite Pro 200, using Vista Home Premium 32 bit sp2. It has been increasingly getting worse with a popup with "USB device not recognised". It is not the mouse at fault - as the problem occurs with several different mice - and also other usb devices seem to work fine. Its a pukka Vista install - straight from manufacturer. If anyone could point me in the direction of a solution (besides changing os lol) I would be grateful Thanks in advance.
