USB SPI flasher, bios flashing problem

Hello,

I a using tiny tools usb spi flasher - series en25t80 and I have this kind of problem.
I am trying to program winbond w25q32bvsig with bios bin file. I have same chip which is working, so i am trying to backup the working one and flash it into the new one.
The problem is when I connect the chip, and open software, there is button to detect chip, when i press it, it detects its a winbond chip but with unknown size, that means i cant back it up.
There is also a function to force detect, but that way it detects spansion chip.
What the problem could be?
