    I hate uTorrent installer which is changing it's malware features from release to release, so you need to figure out how not install this crap. It's enough for me, so I switched to same Free Software that I used on Linux for last 2 or 3 years, it's qBittorrent. Always latest version link: sourceforge.net/projects/qbittorrent/files/latest/download

    still using old v2.2.1 utorrent. didn't regret not upgrading to latest version

    I used for some time tixaty, but i regret, it uses more cpu and more hdd when allocates space for torrents. I guess you should stay with utorrent until is possible.

    for some weird reason, my old utorrent 2.1 works much more faster than latest ones. So I strick with it

    I also use this little to make my utorrent cool looking:

    Yeah utorrent 2.2.1 (build 25302) is such a small good little program, I haven't even thought about changing in the last 6 years....
