ok so i have this sony vaio pcg-grs150 running xubuntu right now and i want to switch it to linux mint xfce but the iso has to go on usb because it is a little over 1gig and i dont have a dvd burner. my bios does not support booting from usb and i dont have windows installed or have a floppy drive to be able to flash a new bios the way sony recomends. i was wondering if there was a way sort of like the dells where you can do some command line stuff to flash the bios??
