I'm in a dilemma here, when ever I try to burn a video dvd or an ISO file through Nero burning ROM or Nero Express, at the time of giving burn command it shows cancelled by the user where as burning data DVD or CD through the same procedure is no problem at all. This problem had started with Nero 2014 Platinum v15.0.03400 Final & is still persisting with Nero 2014 Platinum v15.0.03500 Final, Nero 2014 Platinum v15.0.02500 Final shows no such behaviour. Also some patches to make some apps work do not open properly but if I try the same one in safe mode they run smoothly I've tried to run them by putting the anti virus & smart screen off but all in vain.The rest of the apps in the Nero suite are working absolutely fine. I'm using windows 8 Pro 64 bit version with i7 3rd generation processor & 16 gb Ram. Please help if anybody can? Thanks.
