I was running windows 7 RC on my HTPC and everything was running great untill I did a reinstall with the final version 64bit. The problem is my tv picture rolls, when i restart in safe mode the picture is steady I am running a gigabyte EP45-UD3P with the latest bios, EVGA 9500gt (tried my 8500gts the same results) latest nvidia drivers. The tv is a rear projection toshiba HDTV. I reloaded with Vista and I have no issues. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
