    Virus stealing productkeys?

Your genuine productkey? Are you sure about that?

Reinstall. It's the simple way to recover your problem.

Btw, what kind of virus is that???

no virus has yet done that ,what has happened is that important system files have been either deleted ,corrupted or tampered with ,that may in part have something to do with a virus or attempted recovery from one.
Then, during reboot win7 will automatically check for legit files and any alterations to key system files will be seen as attempted piracy ,and it will then show you as non genuine and request you to re-enter a legit product key ,before being allowed to use the OS again.

yes ,as others have advised ,even if you could get into system restore .there is no guarantee it wont happen again ,without knowing exactly what happened ,your best bet is a full reinstall .
