Hello all, Recently I tried to install Adobe Photoshop v19 on Windows 8.1 x64. I know it requires Visual C++ 2017; but when I want to install this runtime, I encounter the following error. Is there any workaround for this issue? Are you sure it's Windows 8.1? the log says OS in Windows 7 RTM (SP0), which is not supported by UCRT (KB2999226)
