visual c++ runtime error after upgrading to windows 10

    How do I fix this guys?

    I can't open the device administrator or use win+pause...
    Upgraded from Win 8.1 -> Win10 :(

    Did not work, installed both versions x86 & x64 (As admin)

    clean install if device had genuine 8.1 license you can clean install without key and activates automatically

    Try running, from an elevated commands prompt:
    Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    Sfc /scannow

    The reason is, it looks like some form of corruption or some other error.

    I was not able to fix the runtime error but I am rolling back to Windows 8.1 o_O because Win10 (10240 and prior) have a bug and cannot use 5.1 surround sound through optical/spdif. (Failing test tone and can't reproduce sound from FLAC/MKV movies and especially can't do 5.1 on games using Dolby Digital -real through optical-:mad:).
