Visual Studio 2010 final out today...

    Question is if its still 30 days trial... move date like 2 months in advance or something. Because you installed trial and even if pro key gets accepted maybe it doesnt get validated (activated) properly.

    Changed date to year from now (2011) rebooted, still running...

    Searching chinese sites is showing YCFHQ-9DWCY-*****-*****-***** as the Ultimate key.

    Im just installing fresh VS2010 ultimate install, from trial iso with modifyed setup.sdb with "msdn" key. Ill post setup.sdb if everything will work fine.

    Just doing the same myself. Also clean install of Ultimate Trial and then upgrade using the key.

    Yea a bit late....how do i change the serial now?, do i have to reinstall?

    Reinstall not required.
    Go to Installed Stoftware/Programs and Features and find the VS 2010 installation, right click and select change. you should get a maintenance dialog screen up with the opportunity to enter a valid serial number.

    AND I DID SAY UNTESTED KEYS.

    Upgrade trial and setup.sdb both confirm key is Ultimate.

    For VS 2008 I also found out that the Enterprise key activated Team Foundation Server. I will check to see if the Ultimate key can activate TFS 2010.

    This key does not activate TFS 2010.
