    Has anyone been able to successfully download all of the files with 15.9.29?, it always fails at 97% with a hash miss-match using the --layout command line switch.

    Is there a way to activate Visual Studio 2017 (or 2019, for that matter) offline, without an account? I saw keys in the first post - is that all that's needed? Or is there some KMS voodoo that I need to use?
