I know nothing of programming, but there are a few applications out there that have all the necessary files, but you have to build them with Visual Studio or some alternatives. AFAIK, it should be as easy as pressing "build". I can't get Visual Studio to install on my PC - it keeps re-downloading files and then just stops, repeats, etc., most likely due numerous services disabled. Are there some alternatives I could use that can do the same without much knowledge? I heard someone say that NetFX can be used somehow...
Try with the Server service running. They use it for some stupid reason to determine if the installer is being run as an admin.
