VL vs OEM, why?

    Your Bios in your Computer has ASUS SLP 1.0 so you can use asus oem winxp pro sp3 cd. VMware BIOS needs to be Modded also to use asus oem winxp pro sp3 cd or it will not be activated.

    i got mine (vlk pkey) from a school in PR and i have using it about 6years, installed on 50+ PC's and have no problems yet
