well, the tool run once again had made no reaction.
I have made copy of system-registries, load then as structur in the reg-monitor, made change in registrie in the structur and then change the copy with orginal-system registrie.
this was my short info. the best way to make it with BarthPE.

how I can check, if my windows is now OEM?

    thank for help 911medic

@ Berno why did you use 55274OEM in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Pid
    instead of 76487OEM

    thanks for reply,

well, my old VLK ProductID was 55274-643-.....
as I would change the first time the VLK to OEM, I notice that the PID in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Pid was delete.
I don't know why. so I have took the PID form the File SETUPP.INI from the SETUP-CD '55274643' and set it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Pid
the tool from 911medic read the PID and change the last three numbers with OEM.

do you think that I should change the first five numbers with '76487'?

I am again. well, I could repair my problem now.
for somebody have interess, I will describe:
at first, the error-msg in MGADiag(v.1.9.0006.1) under File Scan-->
    File Mismatch: C:\WINDOWS\system32\oembios.*[hr = 0x80070714]
    is wrong. I think it is a bug, coz this msg [hr = 0x80070714] means, {don't found recouse}
as it search for versions info in the file.
the MGADiag(v.1.9.0027.0) give the right information
    File Mismatch: C:\WINDOWS\system32\oembios.*[hr = 0x800b0003]

well, I have traced the MGADiag and noticed when it scan the file (.dll) it showed me error-msg 0x800B0100
I have have searched with GOOGLE and foud information on microsoft sites.
    some dll are not registrie (Softpub.dll, Wintrust.dll, Initpki.dll, Mssip32.dll)
about to registrie the dll click [Start] then click [Run] and type cmd and click [OK]
    on the command console type>
    regsvr32 Softpub.dll /s
    regsvr32 Wintrust.dll /s
    regsvr32 Initpki.dll /s
    regsvr32 Mssip32.dll /s
    exit

    press after any line ENTER-Button
after this start the pc new

if you still get the error-msg, to try this...
secound there is a possibility that some mainboards must after bios-flash, to clear CMOSRAM and NVRAM
if you have forgot this then make it now.
how to clear the CMOSRAM look in your MB manuel. most there is a jumper this you must put for few secounds in other position and then back to first position.
how to clear the NVRAM look in your MB manuel. most you go to bios-setup, where is an entrie in 'Advenced Chipset Futures' clear NVRAM. set it to 'yes'
    save the bios-setup.

I hope that I could help somebody, this have the same problems.

btw, I want to say once again thank you for all members that had help me.

    Berno

PS: sorry for my English, I am German guy
