searchengine Nice to see you recovering the project, your projects are worth their weight in gold and more, from a professional point of view I get so many oem systems from off the shelf manufactures that the time saving alone makes life easier.

Just recently i had oem accounts system (xp) that the motherboard died on the client wanted it moved to a vista machine which didn`t like the version of sage, so solution take vista system install vmware ,patch bios, create vmd of harddrive boot it in vm in safe mode, delete drivers, reboot vm, new drivers installed, activation still valid. client happy i`m happy :) Time saving priceless.

Keep up the good work, its appreciated.

    Hi,
the newest VMware Workstation v7.1.4 Build 385536 can not be patched with the latest VMBIOS_Selector_v315l.exe.

    Error message:
The virtual machine could not start. Make sure VMware Workstation is installed correctly and you have rights to run the software and to access all directories it uses, including directories in which the software is installed, directories containing the virtual disk and configuration files, and directories for temporary files.

    Thank you.

    Edit:
Sorry for the false alarm :-(
The Defense+ part (Sandbox) of my Comodo Internet Security blocked the vmware-vmx.exe without a message window.
    Sorry again.
