volume meter

    when ever I change the volume 2 volume bars pop I would like to know how two remove the windows 8.1 one

    i mean the green meter that pops uo whenever you change the volume using the hotkeys

    when i stop is it says unable to stop service A stop control has been sent to a service that other running services are dependent on

    Disable it and restart computer.
