VPN connectivity problem

    Today I am having problems about a VPN issue. When I try to connect VPN I see an error-789. Please let me know how to fix Error 789 L2TP on Windows 7 (64bit)

    You can use a pre-shared key on both ends of the VPN connection. The L2TP/IPSec feature also supports gateway-to-gateway VPN implementations by using a pre-shared key for Internet Key Exchange(IKE) authentication.
