Thanks a bunch lobo! 1 - check! 2 - wish there was a workaround w/t the necessity to install the update
Deselecting "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" under Properties/Compatibility in those shortcuts I use fixed my blurry fonts. I had to do it for every shortcut, but it fixed them all. Not all shortcut run programs were blurry, but for those that were, this fixed it. if you're not using shortcuts then I dunno.
And that's basically that's what I've done with 10 perhaps, but there are those w/o the capability, e.g. the infamous Device Manager etc
Who would lack the capability to open a shortcut's properties? If it's because they're on a locked down domain (business or otherwise) then that likely is why some things can't be altered. How does the Device Manager affect a shortcut's properties and what specifically are you referring to with the "etc". It sounds more and more like someone with administrative rights higher than yours has got you fenced in.
I have just recently installed Firefox - the newest version. The lines of text are just fine, great even, but some images look fuzzy whereas others look crispy - anyone experienced that unpleasant thing? I am thru with windows 10.
The year is 2019. I have been shown a couple of laptops with W 10 aboard. All of them share the same feature - ugliness due to the fuzzy fonts W/T\F?
