    May it's a MS Policy for Thailand?! Anyway, HP delivers it's laptop with CSL and that's the Thai Language. If you like to change you've to buy an regular Product Key/OS. Later we could just buy as Upgrade Package (with 2 DVD's) for ~US$ 50.00!
