Hi .... I am a novice user but I believe with some patience and your fine instructions I should be able to create a Retail version into an OEM ... I was given an older Toshiba laptop from a family member , he doesn't know whether it came with a disc or was the OS under a hidden partition , either case none of that is there . So to make this laptop legit I would like to create an OEM Home premium 32 bit disc for it . What I have is an Windows Vista Ultimate Disc both 32 and 64 ( Legit ) My first question is , can I make an Vista Home premium 32 bit OEM from the Ultimate ? If not ? I also downloaded A Vista iso from site here and I believe it also was an retail version , if I can't use my Ultimate version I should be able to do so from this ISO I got from here ... Now here some info from my laptop with a pic also below

    Toshiba Satellite A200 PSAE0C-AH508C
    PhoenixBIOS
    V1.40

Now, what is the first steps of many should I do ? Pls explain it in simple terms . Thanks
