@t Ruley i have send you a pm with improvement of the installer... maybe you can improve the rest of the menu's? Have fun... Good job done allready!
Received will defently incorporate the improvements into the installer thanks. This is the first script that I ever wrote, it has been fun learning how to write batch files and what they can do.
No problem thats why we help each other in MDL.... For myself i have written a more complex script (at least i'm working on it..). When i finish it, i can send you a copy... But i'm to busy working on webdesign and "disaster and recovery" for mine systems at the moment.. so i have little spare time to work on it... greetz.
old habbit....sometimes i used that file to interact directly in the script.. find languages from host system etc... Or use it for other means... null isn't /dev/null hehehe if your response is in your native language (look in the file) then i can set a variable on it.. nothing big .. just playing...
I was just wondering If you don't use it to anything why not use ">nul" instead to hide printing? And BTW uxtheme.dll is part of Windows, you can't use it to check if you have or have not UxStyle EDIT: And you don't need to do clean up if you're using TempMode. But you should delete that null file from temp
damn indeed that dll is a windows dll ...hahahaha okay new input: SC QUERY UnsignedThemes | FINDSTR /I "RUNNING" IF ERRORLEVEL 0 ..... IF ERRORLEVEL 1 .... or simmilar.. but i have not the time right now..maybe tomorrow.... greetz
Any tips for someone making his own progress bar colors on how to avoid those nasty issues with graphical corruption shown earlier in this thread? Is there some part of the image you're not supposed to touch, or what? Using Photoshop for editing.
I think we'll need to wait for tomorrow (the user) to give us a walkthrough/guide on how to do this... It happened to me when all I did was change the hue. I would have liked a bit darker color for the taskbar, but it's good enough.
Is there a theme for the blue bar that fixes the progress bars on the Superbar like IE when you download? In my opinion it could look a lot better then it already does.
Im sorry i havent been around as much as i would have liked to Anyway i will reupload my original packages again so links in first post will work again.I have no ETA on the other colours. If you cant wait i suggest you use other packages posted in this thread I can say that getting the colours to work properly is tricky at best and if not done right there will be corruption. The Blue by me is working 100% but as you can see people have had problems with black
