is incredible, amd logo is perfect, congratulations for outstanding work, there is no doubt that this tool is important for those with bios mod. greetings
yea no problem and nononsence has a version of it too but i dont know the link to the thread and like i said before im still writing it so tell me if any problems are found so they can be fixed
@PAYMYRENT Your the BEST man!!! ...how about an option button for New version Update so it will be easy for us to get your nrew version.. i really like this tool thks
i actually dont know how ill be able to do that at the moment ill figure something out if lots of ppl want the update feature
PAYMYRENT here is a little suggestion, maybe only enable the PID check on custom key, and also the whole install with slmgr tick thing confused me. Does that not install it? Or does it do it a different way? I presume it just does not install it. You should change the tickboxes to Install Key and Install cert etc.
cool that would be nice...im sure people will do the same they will like your tool.. i really like it. thks again
TO do an updater I would just have an FTP setup, and have it download a file from the FTP and keep it the same file name so you can just replace it, and maybe use WGET for windows and launch that from an instance of cmd line to download a specific file to for example the system drive
the pid check will be enabled for any key not just the custom because the user can edit the keys.ini file to whatever they want it to be and nothing in the program code right now checks os version and the checkboxes are there because it installs the key and cert different ways unchecked will display progress checked will run slmgr.vbs the only real thing i need to fix is the apply key button when it is moved from a key in the list to the "Custom" key input it will not disable the button
Well in which case just run it straight from the app and change it to have an option to install a cert/key individually, so you only check what you want. Like check OEM branding, check key, and check cert then have a big GO button that does each thing if it is checked.
if the user doesnt change any of the boxes and presses the install key button then the install cert button it will do both one after the other and while it is installing the key and cert the user can install the logo
im going to leave the progress bar the way it is. it should pause at 21% then if the key is valid it will continue to show progress as it parses the information and if its not it will show an error then the progress bar value will be returned to 0
