Just let ur Windows have some time to negotiate with MS Servers. All the computers all over the world doesn't connect to update servers at the same time. wait for at least an hour or so. new activation servers seems to be active now.

Ofc, it's still activated. Wait until tomorrow, when the update is offically released and WAT servers are running.

I have WAT installed and I'm using the DELL *****.*****.*****.*****.P4K27 key that cooljay_4 was using and I'm still ok. I have an ASUS motherboard with DELL SLIC, certificate and key. BIOS is dated 08/09.

Now I wonder if it's safe to restore Grub, or will WAT blow it away again?

Theoretically isnt the update live TODAY? It should be available from the download center today, and as an optional update tomorrow?

    Thats what I initially read.

I don't care what MS does with WAT, but if it trashes my Grub loader on my LEGAL dual-boot Ubuntu-Win 7 machine, I will not only be pi$$ed, but will haunt them as much as possible! I used Windoze once in about the last month. It can easily be removed....

Does anyone know if the Window 7 torrent links provided in the The Official Windows 7 Repository sticky thread were clean or did they come with loaders?

Maybe they're a bit slow and still hunting after rWAT 1.x instead of 2.x :p
