Signature of my system - who cares It gives millions of preinstalled MS Systems Computer with Win 7 Ultimate (and MS dont have from every computer with MS preinstalled a signature) You know what I mean, so if MS have no database we will they flag my system non genuine. NOT POSSIBLE!
I think we should be careful right now. Currently who are going to authenticate their OS? Us/pirates (BIOS mod, cracks, loaders, leaked keys/certs etc.). Regular customers (legal) are not in hurry to check/authenticate their systems right now. M$ might use initial data --> analysis --> signature in their anti-piracy database --> bust after 90 days (next automatic check). One might choose to disable those scheduled tasks but don't forget to disconnect from internet first, else it will trigger itself automatically.
Wow...ok that makes me wonder too especially after Chew-WGA was flagged by MS as one of the 70 on the list.

your WAT has not called home yet type in goog microsoft . genuuie and click the top link click validate windows that way
if I do that it takes me to the genuine validation page. I clicked on validate and then download. it wants to download the same file I ran from a previous link in this thread. windowsactivationupdate.exe. why do it again? regards...
for those who installed the pre release the web site will not use that. it says you still have to download it. so simply uninstall the old wat and install the one from the ms page then test it also the web page takes maybe 30-60 seconds for the continue button to turn blue....
