Donno about the date being an easy fix. Tried it several ways on my old MB and it refused the flash, checksum issues. Of course I'm just learning and have a long way to go on bios mods.................

Amazing...Are you talking about MAK keys? Oh well...people have been warned repeatedly NOT to abuse and misuse the keys from these MSDN accounts. Don't be a dumbass. Do not sell or giveaway keys from MSDN or Technet. Do not buy or use keys from someone else's account.

    I actually commend this.

Using something that makes you independent of forced activations is one thing, but making money with DevKeys...well...thats quite another.

Personally i have absolutely no pity for anyone who knowingly engaged in this.

In my opinion, whether it be DevKeys or other activation related stuff, it should never be exploited for monetary gain.

Because this is what pisses Microsoft really off, and to be honest i can totally understand that.

(After all who wouldnt go mad if some lowlife sacks in the money thats supposed to be in your pocket?)

Brain, are you compiling a list of codes, and if so do you mind sharing?

Well said, this is the type of behaviour that kills or drasticly changes programs like MSDN. Nothing on this site should ever be for profit.

    Exactly.

It should be obvious even to the dumbest that this can lead to no good.

This is what I have so far This is code for the blacklisted Oem slp or blacklisted retail key HrOnline: 0xC004C4A2
Cached Validation Code: N/A, hr = 0xc004f012 <----- this code was from an non-activated system using a default key.
HrOnline: 0xC004C4AB <------------------------------------- This one represents a detected loader or possibly a problem with the cert.
Here is one more HrOffline: 0x8004FE21" means that the WAT Update has found System Files that have ben modified in some way. (A Tamper has been found) is mostly connected to 3d party software that changes some important system files. Even if those files are not part of the validation process (thus resulting in a "genuine" validation), they may cause trouble. A known suspect is a program called "Vistalizator" that allows to install additional languages without having to upgrade to the Ultimate HrOnline: 0xC004C533 no slic 2.1 marker in bios
    "HrOnline: 0x80072F78"

Is indicating that something is causing your Windows not to be able to Validate
“validation” was getting denied due to Proxy Authentication issues
HrOnline: 0xC004C533 kms not phoning home and Thanks ed
The Most common blow up is for the blacklisted Oem slp or blacklisted retail key HrOnline: 0xC004C4A2 and Office 2007 vlk keys that makes windows not pass with a watermark

Thanks Brain, I edited the list a little so we can add to it easier.

    HrOnline Codes

HrOnline: 0x80072F78 Something is interfering with WAT's ability to function? (noted when WAT task removed)
HrOnline: 0xC004C4A2 = blacklisted Oem slp or blacklisted retail key
HrOnline: 0xC004C4AB = This one represents a detected loader or possibly a problem with the cert (SLIC present, SLP Key, Cert Unkown, Exploit detection unkown).
HrOnline: 0xC004C533 = No slic 2.1 marker in bios
HrOnline: 0x80072F78 Is indicating that something is causing Windows not to be able to Validate“validation” was getting denied due to Proxy Authentication issues
HrOnline: 0xC004C533 kms not phoning home (second entry for this code, multiple causes?)

    HrOfffline Codes

HrOffline: 0x8004FE21 = that the WAT Update has found System Files that have been modified in some way. (Vistalizator, others??)

    Cached Validation Codes

    Cached Validation Code: N/A, hr = 0xc004f012 = non-activated system using a default key.

    You need to read this
Return it to dell, I am sure their QC people will be real interested in how a Hienz 57 mutt of a computer made it off of their assymbly line. When you do point out the following so they will understand why you are so purplexed over your non genuine status.

    1. *****-*****-YG69F-9M66D-PMJBM Blocked lenevo key that begins with 22TKD

    2. ><Manufacturer>Dell Inc.</Manufacturer><Model>Inspiron 1011 Dell Model

    3. BIOS><Manufacturer>Dell Inc.</Manufacturer><Version>A06< Dell Bios

    4. SLIC HPQOEM SLIC-MPC HP SLIC

Unless there was a Dell, Lenovo, HP merger I would say that your computer is non genuine. Seriously, if you bought this from dell, return it.
