    Hi all,

I tried to redraft my experiences... :)

A Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook C1110 with the latest official Phoenix BIOS v1.30 can bear exactly the same battery time on Win7 (its 1h 37 min.) as on WinXP.

As its known MS advertised that the Win7 has more powerful and much more effective energy management as the previous Windows versions (longer battery life between recharges), so it's quite interesting.

Do you have any ideas how can I increase the battery power time on this machine. If you have other C1110 power time experiences I'd be glad if you share the results with me!

I installed the latest XP drivers (Vista drivers was never made by FS)

... or if you have a better option for the BIOS, because latest official v1.30 Phoenix BIOS doesn't contains energy saving options (like CPU cooling method or CPU speed/Screen brightness setting function, etc.)

    Help me please!

    Thanx for a lot...
