    Hi guys,

I am a websitespark subscriber since 2013 and I got some downloads without any problem, but yesterday the msdn webpage refuses any download claiming that my subscription already ended, while on my account page my subscription ends first next year 2015. have one of you got such a problem? and is there any workaround?

if your answer brings no help, do not bloat this thread with superfluous comments.

But his advice on contacting them was correct.

If there is an issue with your legit account then only they can resolve. I've had account 'faults' before on MSDN and found there live chat got the right people to resolve issues promptly.

...uh, wasn't WebsiteSpark phased out? o_O

    /edit/

right, seems we got a new sheriff in town... FYI DreamSpark, BizSpark etc are 'M$ programs'. :smartass:

Maybe OP should've posted in another section, but hey...

...yes, agree except for: "They are not MS Products..." Subscribtions to M$ programs as DreamSpark, BizSpark etc. are also considered M$ 'products'. - same goes for subscriptions to eg. M$ TechNet, MSDN etc. ;)

The subscribtions themselves have their own SKU's but that's just a technicality.
