    Microsoft has officially charged me twice now. I was charged $2.81 on June 30 and now charged $2.81 again today, July 3. Very strange.

    Dont you get it for free if you have windows 8.1 pro ? even with using toolkit ?

    One month later - Has anybody been able to confirm the legitimacy of this deal?

    I am still curious as to whether or not this deal is still tied to my HWID within my Microsoft Account.
