Weird Offer: $2 for Windows 10 Pro Genuine Licence

Microsoft has officially charged me twice now. I was charged $2.81 on June 30 and now charged $2.81 again today, July 3. Very strange.

Dont you get it for free if you have windows 8.1 pro ? even with using toolkit ?

 

over the standard life cycle 10 years average, it sells even higher than a sudden buy. It sounds like a leasing contract ... haha

One month later - Has anybody been able to confirm the legitimacy of this deal?

I am still curious as to whether or not this deal is still tied to my HWID within my Microsoft Account.

 

This offer was a bug, it is now finished .... M$oft will honor and activate those 2$ licenses ...

It's still showing in my account as a purchase but no key has been sent to my email.

 

You guys paid $2 to get a HWID activation? You guys know there's a free offer that gives you the exact same thing, right?
