Hello Few months back I've done the validation and have since been able to download updates especially those requiring such validation. Curiosity got better of me especially after reading this post--Bypass Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Check in Windows Update--and following the Regedit path given there to find out if I have the 1 (enabled) in the CLSID. However, my path only ends with Policies, ActiveDesktop, Associations, Explorer and System without any sign of the CLSID. How come? I'm also interested to know if by updating the current WGA KB905474, it would invalidate my first validation and give me problems, like those I go after updating with SP3(which I have uninstalled since).
