What am I doing wrong?

    I am trying to create an oem disk from a VLK disk I have.
    I have copied the relevant $OEM$ folder to the root of the disk, edited the WINNT.SIF accordingly, copied it along with the other 8 files to the I386 folder but durin installation it still asks for the licence key.
    Any advice would be appriciated.:)

    Please post the CRC of the files you put in i386 folder and your winnt.sif.

    All the files, including $OEM$ folder must be into I386 folder, replacing original files.
