What am I doing wrong?

Hey all,

Am trying to activate Windows 7 x64 RTM

I have modded my Award bios with Dell[DELL-QA09-1.0BNVDA]2.1.BIN and flashed
slmgr -ilc DELL.XRM-MS
slmgr -ipk 22TKD...

All appeared to go fine, I can see references to Dell in RW-Everything, the cert applied and the key set fine, but slmgr -dlv still shows that I am in grace period.

Where have I gone wrong? Does the above BIN activate Windows 7 fine?

Any help much appreciated, pulling my hair out here!

Used ISA method instead of SSV3
Am I right in thinking SSV3 adds a new SLIC rather than replacing the current one? This system come with Vista so the bios likely had a SLIC already for activating that.
