Hello friends. I am currently running a Windows 10 x64 server edition. It's on Supermicro motherboard , 128gb ram and 2 server processors. Since Windows 10 is no longer updated I want to migrate onto the next supported version. I don't need any particular server functionality because I am using this server as a home pc. All I want is to continue receiving an updates and security patches. Would somebody please recommend what would be the best option to update is it possible to keep programs and files in place or will I have to reformat and reinstall? Thank you!
Windows 10 is currently receiving security updates until October 2027, and will probably be supported beyond that.
