    Weekdays - Eat and Drink Healthy

    Weekends - Lots of Pizza and Red Wine and Sleep and Sex

    Seems to work for me :p

    early to bed and early to rise makes us healthy, wealthy and wise.

    light exercise in the morning and a well balanced diet makes me healthy. ;)

    I totally agree with you on this. Health is only wealth. many people spend lots of money to get a good health. Some of them don't achieve what they want.
    I usually do weight training for 1 and half hour. Then i take protein shakes after that. I also stay away from junk foods.

    :confused: actuly we all have canabis cels in our body that live quite happy with all the rest, and they will kill cancer cells, and thats thanks to our ancesters going back 6 or 700,0000 years ago, also marujiana was proberly one of the first plants cultivated by man, ask google about it all, ok back to my brandy an cocacola and a mary cigy hahaha,:smoking:

    Health is very main thing in our lives.If we are healthy we do all the works very easily and quickly.
    So I eat the balanced diet and take care of my health for achieve goals.

    Hi, guys! What do you think about the regular detox procedures and fasting days? I don't mean any strict fasting or extreme dieting, but something like detoxing your body . The latest research reveals the total inefficiency of such measures of self-healing.     eat vegetables and also doing sport it's good for your body.

    less smoking and drink soda.

    I'm eating less and also especially less fat and less alcohol and but I'm eating more vegetables and fruits...
