Is that with the original K20A2 or K20Z1? I just want to be honest here; I am not a fan of any type of exterior modifications, as I like the car to remain as discreet as possible. And regarding the A/C - who needs it anyway Personally, I am a huge fan of this, but as you might imagine they start to become extinct. Really hard to get your hands on a mint one +10 on the reliability issue; there is no match for Honda
Thanx for sharing photo. I like the name you gave it I think that 285HP is a lot for a front-wheel drive car - what is your view so far on that? Am I right to think that TC works hard under acceleration? Can you switch it off completely?
Mine is actually modded with a Mopar stage 1 ECU, K&N Intake, and Mopar catback exhaust (both were "required" with the Stage 1). Its about 310-320 hp now. This was all done before my son was born, now its more of a novelty. But yes, that HP is too much at times. The TC works extremely well. Off the line there is some torque steer but the TC keeps it straight for the most part. Its fairly easy to chirp your tires without even trying, but if you are trying it will just be a chirp and nothing else. You can turn it off and have some fun but the tires on this thing are too expensive to justify that.
You can turn TC off, but I think there is always some basic electronic stability system in place that can't be switched off As for the tires - sure - 1200USD for a decent set isn't what you d call cheap. Personally I favour these for my car which offer a good trade-off between performance / day to day use. A set of those costs me 450USD for the 185/55 R14 spec that fits my pug On a track day (hopefully someday soon!) I d use a set of 888's which is approximately +100USD more
Well Not A Car But Just Wanna Share Anyway.... 1996 Suzuki GSX-F 2004 Dodge Neon SRT4 (Car Is in garage for repairs... no current pics available other than this ) DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.... DRINK WHILE DRIVING
Thanx for sharing vladxed I haven't mentioned anything about bikes as I am not familiar with the topic at all. All I know is that one of my mates is obsessed with bikes. He recently gave away his GSX-R 1000 for a KTM 990 Adventure (Dakar Edition). Personally I favoured the looks and raw speed of the GSX-R, but I guess the 990 has some advantages over the Suzuki as well ... As for the car, feel free to post a few pics and more details (i.e. any mods) once its back from the garage
I didnt realise they sold Newcastle Brown Ale in the States. Good choice of drink. Very popular here in the UK. If you can get it you should try "Old Speckled Hen", now that hits the spot
I quite often used to have a nice and cold Newcastle Brown Ale on UK pubs. It was 'endorsed' by one of my mates there and I really liked the temperature indicator it had on the bottle. Nice taste as well. My mate used to say - drinking too much of that will turn your st brown. I always thought he was just having a laugh ... and never really tried to verify his claim
2005 Nissan Teana 350JM (Japanese Domestic Market Model, Same engine as the Nissan Fairlady Z / 350Z)
That's a hidden ace under that bonnet Btw, does your nickname has to do with any Nissan in particular p.s. what's with the missing plates? Didn't do anything bad with it, did you
it works like a charm, esp. with the 6 fwd tiptronic CVT, and no my alias Skylined is from the Prodigy song with the same name...
When I read your name and your post I thought for sure that the nissan connection is Nissan Skyline... I guess I was wrong...
