Breakfast: Turkey breast on toast + Honey or Jam (strawberry or cherry) on toast + glass of orange juice post-Breakfast / pre-Lunch: Fruit smoothie (made of Avocado, banana, kiwi, orange juice) or cereal soaked in milk or egg whites Lunch: Depends on the day. Here are some of the options: a) Rice and chicken/turkey breast b) Fish (usually tuna or salmon) steam-cooked with veggies c) Spinach & veggies (boiled) with potatoes d) Red kidney beans with meat (chicken or turkey) and veggies e) Pasta with meat (chicken / turkey or choice of red low fat meat) Dinner: Yogurt with cereal, or egg whites or turkey breast on toast 'All-time' food: Anything really - apples, chocolate spread on toast (not too much of that), seeds and occasionally some cr@p food (when going out with friends). Water, at least 3lt per day. All foods are certified organic with the exception of meat & fish which are too costly for me to afford
