That sounds a lot like the principal behind locomotives. I have had friends who were locomotive mechanics and they have given me, for example broken pistons to use as ash trays and those are huge! At the time I was a heavy truck mechanic.
Great. We have an Anheuser-Busch plant about 6 miles from here. I WILL let you know when one of these breaks down and wreaks havok with traffic here. So how long before I can expect an answer to my questions in post 378 ? You are intelligent enough to find post number 378 are you not ?
Well. that gives me no choice but to rest my case and formally declare that an imbecile of a troll has been stalking me for quite some time now.
Puny Croatia paving the way... (Rimac is not pronounced with K at the end but phonetically, as "ts", i.e. as in "Nazi" in German! )
I suppose if the CEO gave me a 100K car and I totaled it out, I probably wouldn't blame the car either when he confronted me about it.He was finished with the race and no driver error at a time when he was pushing the limits of this car? Only when the driver would be letting off the accelerator? Sounds funky to me One note: Why the fire? this was an EV... no fuel. Unless those batteries are explosive
Hill climb huh ? Why is it that they don't fly these Li-polymer batteries anywhere ? hint: http://lessonslearned.faa.gov/UPS6/battery_incident_chart.pdf Of course if the pink douche had tried to get one of those batteries he would know that. Mine took over a week to be ground shipped from across the country. (Think about the time to replace those batteries if you live in a remote area) Add to that the excess weight of those battery packs and people wonder why this idiot crashed ?
It's a million, actually... Super-car, super-price tag... And he was constantly pushing it, getting faster and faster on every lap and in that corner HE made a mistake, period. And no matter, whatever the weight etc. - he was way too fast and the car couldn't compensate... What is the problem with understanding that batteries can light up? In laptop they sometimes catch fire, so...??? Lots of energy in there and all HW has its limits. Too hot - a problem, too cold - a problem...
Shi* for brains and utterly uninformed. Possibly dementia, if you saw my posts from the beginning, showing how car batteries are warmed up in winter and cooled down in summer... Really, what a bozo...
Wow. really ? discharging and recharging batteries in the summer actually cools them ? Yeah pinky, there is no possibly about it. you definitely have dementia.
