If you're going to delete reg entries, make sure you backed up the changes. Nearly all of the cleaners will give an option to back up.
I have used the Wise registry cleaner before myself and it was actually pretty good but I prefer to use Auslogics Boost Speed that includes all the best software from Auslogics so I can clean and tweak whatever I want all in one program
Have given all off these (Windows 7 Manager, Auslogics, Ccleaner and Wise Registry Cleaner) a good test over last few days They all seem to work well, none have removed anything they shouldn't have so i am torn as to which is the best, think ill just carry on using them all until one stands out above the rest
