All these are DDR3.My motherboard is DDR2.
Will any of these fit?If not is there a DDR@ with HDMI out.I currently have DVI out which I am using with a dongle which would never transfer audio.I did this with a 3.5mm jack plug and cable.

1024MB NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT (Undefined) 69 °C why doesn't this graphics card show more detail?I know it's for DDR2 but the ones shown ofer much more info.

    4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (6-6-6-18)

Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. G31M-S2C (Socket 775)

I also need to change one of my HD's.

233GB Western Digital WDC WD2500JS-00NCB1 ATA Device (SATA) 56 °C

Again what is shown is Sata III & II.

Hard to say what is "best" for you without knowing what you want to achieve. What features do you want? Do you have specific memory requirements? How many monitors do you want to drive? Lots of questions ... what exactly do you want to do differently from what you're doing now? What is your ultimate goal?
