Don't complicate your life. Just use MS toolkit v2.6 beta, push the win button, then push the ez activator button. That's all
Convert win 10 Home to Pro or have gpedit.msc with Home Hi, I followed the guide, got my windows 10 Pro activated by KMS , but I cant do windows update anymore with error code (0x80070422) . Any idea ? Btw, I have Windows 10 Home legit ( as free upgrade from 8.1 Home ) . Is there a way to convert to Pro legit ? or I am willing to go back to Home but a way to keep gpedit.msc still ? TIA
Ltsb equals home+MSMG toolkit actually home+MSMG toolkit > ltsb So it doesn't matter what you install Plus the only useful thing that pro comes with is gpedit.msc nothing else @abced123 you want to go from pro to legit home but you also want to keep gpedit.msc? Heh you can't unless you use some third party gpedit As to updates you should be happy it doesn't work as it would just keep downloading every single crap Microsoft would want you to have and that's without you even realising it, just so one of those scripts floating around this forum to do manual updates.
EDIT: disregard that they only give you the EDU or multiple edition versions ... and by multiple editions they mean HOME/PRO ... enterprise is not on dreamspark, only way to get enterprise LTSB is here
Creators Update 1703: Education or Enterprise So at this point, comparing Education vs Enterprise, which is the best to pick? I already know Education is the highest edition up to date. At first glance, in the comparison chart, both seem to have same features but... Are there any buts? Can education be safely and efficiently put in-place on an enterprise environment?
@Mr.X well I haven't none complain using Build 1703 EDU only make a lot of search to discover differences
Thanks bro i ran it; suppose my Window 10 licence will expire in August 2017 and will auto-renew from there (im running KMSAuto Net 2016 v1.5.0)? Also does this "auto renewal" work for my Microsoft Office 2010?
I've no idea about KMSAuto Net but if you use abbodi's KMS VL All, then KMS functionality will be as normal and renew every seven days. See this post.
Windows Enterprise LTSB for the win. Most people here on MDL are going to take 1703 and whack away (hack away) all the junk that comes with it anyways, which is just adding more work, and you're still going to worry about possible updates. When the day is done, you've basically hacked away 1703 to give yourself Enterprise LTSB, with added possible risk when updating and added a meaningless build number (big whoop dee doo dah day). Why bother at that point? It is just easier to install Windows Enterprise LTSB which has been kept current through security updates, performance updates, and bug fixes. Hardware support in LTSB has been kept up to date, as I am typing this right now using an AMD Ryzen system. The only things missing in LTSB are new features, which it seems more than 1/2 of you remove anyways out 1703. If your goal is to have a lightweight and slimmed down version of Windows 10, start with a lightweight and slimmed down version (Windows LTSB). You'll encounter fewer risk and potentially better stability as you upgrade.
I do not know of or us any homebrews for Windows 10. Although I have made my own for my own use (from time to time).
i have question, how to edit the script if i want the ms office only and not tweaking any of the windows license because i have win10 education
