What is the difference between the Enterprise and consumer tech releases?

    I am have looked and looked and not really sure what the difference is.

    Are they the same? What I mean is the one from the insider website the same as the one from the technet site?

    Enterprise is for Corporates while Consumer for the rest of the world! Although the activation differs a bit.

    I guess what I meant is in the differences in functionality at this time?

    Only thing I remember seeing so far is MCE does not function in enterprise, but otherwise are they the same?

    Maybe they differ in HyperV, encryption functionality and Domain join? But yeah, I would also like to see the official word.

    That's correct, Media Center didn't works on Enterprise. Network functions are better than on the normal version because it's build for the corporate sector.
