Debian Lenny (5), Debian Etch (4), Debian Squeeze (6), Debian Sid (never ending experiments ), Ubuntu for one Laptop, CentOS for some software that doesn't like Debian, and Darwin on an old PPC machine (but Darwin might be considered Unix). Oh, and Yellow Dog Linux on an old PowerBook. All Debians are running on one server with Xen, and a few debian Squeeze servers roam the premises, three in the main building, one in the shed, one in the garage.
I like the Ubuntu Ultimate editions. Am currently dual booting Ultimate 2.8 x64 with Windows 7 Ultimate X64... Works for me.
I am just starting to play with Linux Mint LMDE and will dual boot Win 7. This is on a Compaq netbook. And I am a real newbie. I would also like to try Ubuntu 10.10, but I think I may have partitioning issues as already have 4 primary partitions: 100MB Win 7 30GB Win 7 for OS etc and then a /boot and a / for Mint. I wasn't sure if I could install Mint to logical partitions, especially the /boot and / , is / the root partition?
Linux Mint 9 LTS here, dual booting with Windows 7. Been with linux a while now & love it. I like Mint as it's easy to use. I moved over from Ubuntu, which is more or less the same being debian based.
