My first computer game... ... was "Star Trek", on the console of an IBM 1130 system. [ The "console" on that system was little more than a souped-up IBM Selectric typewriter; everything was played on paper, and the program was loaded from keypunch cards. ]
My first "real" games where Quake 2 and Hexen 2 on a compac I won in a contest. Still play them to this day!

first thing I played offline was halo 1 but a little to much profanity. now I have halo reach 98% no profanity.
I think my very first game had to be the "Manic miner" a version of "Jet set willy" on a ZX spectum! I remember loading the game from a casette recorder!
