i prefer Office 2007 over other versions of office so its the version i use. However, ive noticed that a popular torrent of it on a particularly famous torrent site is 1.7GB (thats without Visio & Project btw), however most other torrents of Office 2007 are under 600MB, so what gives? its the Enterprise version im talking about btw, whats its actual file size? and does it mean most ~600MB torrents of it are stripped of something? Just curious...

I own Office Professional 2007 in the original hard shell plastic, swing out hinged case. No Visio or Project. There are two CD's. I have never used the second CD - it has a bunch auxiliary stuff. Two CD's would get you to around 1.3GB, if full. Not sure what the torrents have that get to 1.7GB. Sorry - I'm too lazy to pop them in a drive to see their exact size. Did a quick glance at some torrents - pretty sure the 1.7GB offerings contain both x86 and 64-bit versions. (And may also contain SP2). Even though I can now post links, not sure it is proper to point to eBay. But you can see pics there of what I described.
Thank you guys!!! i knew something was weird about that... oddly, most of that file size came froma file within it called "wink-o2k7e.bin" no idea what that does but after googling it it seems sorta related to MS Office, any idea what that is? for those that have a CD on hand with them, does that file exist on the disc too?
looks like someone made windows 2000 and office 2007 Enterprise into one disk by your description. Even the SP2 Office 2007 home made isos dont get that big hehe. SP2 is big enough on its own, Sp3 is bigger depending on wht you get Code: 2697 MB mu_office_professional_plus_2007_sp3_x86_dvd_803776.iso 4EF5885601FC3299D5F9AFF61FF80713EB0FF0A5 and then there is this monster. Okay, after six cups of coffee, I am no longer too lazy to view the contents of CD1 (Professional 2007) 517MB and CD2 (BCM - Business Contact Manager) 337MB. Also my first attempt at "Advance Reply" & "Manage Attachments", so if MDL goes down for a few hours, it's probably my doing. Okay, I thought I was going to do that fancy "paste code" & "spoiler" stuff, but it looks like I ended up with attachments. That works too, and it's not the purpose of the thread for me to practice advanced posting.
lol to paste the contents of the text file, put

*pasted stuff here [/ code][/ spoiler] without spaces of course
Thank you! (My post is much better off w/attachments - the "spoiler code" would have been obnoxious) Also interesting to see how many variations of "good stuff" are out there in "the Bay".
