hotfixv4.microsoft.com will not be back online i presume why do you need WMF 3? WMF 4 is good enough, WMF 5.1 is better
Hi, I'm having problems getting the latest updates list. I click the download option and it appears to download, but I just get the message "No Updates List Added" and the folder is empty. Any ideas how to resolve? Is there anywhere I can download the update list and add to the folder manually? Thank you!
Something (firewall, IP blocker, etc.) on your computer is blocking access the lists. Not sure what you've installed that may be doing this. Try disabling your security software until you determine what's causing the problem. Also, you could run WHDownloader on a different computer to download the lists then copy them from the UpdateLists folder to the UpdateLists folder on the computer that has the problem.
You may have problems safe route for live system, KB4099950 is needed if Monthly Rollup is not pre-integrated offline
Okay, what if I integrate offline the last Monthly Rollup? I want to make an ISO with all necessary updates integrated the problem is that KB4099950 can only be installed online so if it is not necessary I want to avoid installing it. Thank you
WMF 5.1 [KB3191566] requires .NET 4.5.2 or higher installed - WMF 5.1 can not be installed nor removed if .NET 4.5.2 or greater is not present as with WMF 4.0 [KB2819745], .NET 4.5 or higher is required in any case install .NET 4.6 or even .NET 4.7.2 before upgrading/installing newer WMF
Not possible, one language at a time but you can right-click on lower bar, choose Ofice MSP extractor and extract another language filter

You've clicked the blue arrow in the upper left corner to download the lists and then clicked the downward arrow next to it to see the dropdown of lists? When WHD downloads the updates for 17763 x64 it shows 2 cu's for .net. I thought they were cumulative.
