    Hi all, hope everybody and his/her families and friends are doing well. I've been away for some weeks. Just a couple of quick confirmations:

    1. For a fully updated Win7 image (including Apr ESU) I just need to use current (6.5) WHD-W7UI. If after deploying image I want/need to update OS with future ESUs, I just need to use current (0.2) W7ESUI.
    2. Bypass solution is only needed if user wants/needs to use WU to get and install ESUs. Installing Bypass is recommended however even if point 1 is true (because?). Can be integrated right after running WHD-W7UI. If integrating Bypass, a final manual integration of KB4538483 is required after Bypass and image would be ready to deploy.

    As soon as any of the tools installed kb...069 successfully, all ESU cheks are suppressed and you can install them manually, for WU to be able to offer and install ESU updates, the WU patcher is needed (probably the tool W7ESUI will take care of this).

    You could also go for SiMPLiX update packs, it integrates the ESU Bypass + WU patcher too.

    Thanks Enthousiast. Well, that's the point, I don't need WU for anything, so just wanted to confirm 1 is true.

    Then I've read about the Bypass being recommended anyway. I guess it's the ESU Suppressor part of the AIO solution what is recommended (should the W7ESUI solution stops working), not the WU Patch component. So I also wanted to confirm whether KB4538483 should be integrated after Bypass if only ESU suppressor is going to be applied. In fact, I believe WHD-W7UI will install such KB anyway. Not really sure if second integration is required after integrating partial/full Bypass then.

    SiMPLiX's good work is well known ;), I'm just a hardcore fan of abbodi's

    = ESU Licensing preparation update = only needed for the WU to be able to offer and install the ESU updates (when the WU patcher is used).

    @Reducer

    1. Yes
    2. True

    KB4538483 is not needed at all except for WU ESU patcher

    Hi abbodi,

    In 7x64 WHD list, KB4556836 is incorrectly linked to KB4538483 source instead.

    You can place it in General folder, it should be integrated
    i will not add it to WHD or W8.1UI

    it's best to install fresh MS Edge online after installing OS

    This program keeps auto-closing on me, what could possibly be the reason?

    Hello abbodia1406, when I use whdownloader. exe successful download the Windows 7 - x64 hotfix, then use your batch script - withoutkb3125574.cmd to patch the current system integration, in after the program is running, I turn on the control panel found that installing updates some display is not correct, such as: kb2574819_BF. What happened, is not installed correctly, or other reasons. Thank you!!!!!!
