@abbodi1406 Looks like Microsoft Update Catalog removed the following Windows8.1-Update3-x64 updates: Hotfixes KB2908802 KB3024680 KB3071675 KB3067699 Additional Updates (for .NET3.5) KB3048803 KB3096438 (WHDownloader fails to download them and the Windows Update Catalog says they no longer exist.) I assume the recent KB5003671 2021-06 Security Monthly Quality Rollup caused this?
I forgot to say thanks for all the hard work! I just integrated all the updates into my Windows 8.1 Enterprise with Update source using your WHD-W81UI script. Finally, I have an up to date installation media that's even smaller than the souce image from MSDN!

@rulman how did you install the updates? KB2990967 is exclusive online update, should not be integrated (except with workaround) the other three are .NET Rollups they are not actual updates, they are just wrappers for .NET 3.5 update + .NET 4.x updates you should only install .NET 4.x update that match the install version (4.5.2 or 4.6-4.7.2 or 4.8) , don't mix them
