    For some reason I cannot remember how to Integrate .NET 3.5 into the Windows 8.1 ISOs.

    The last time I used this was in 2020 and I had integrated both into the ISO successfully.
    Now I'm trying to do some fresh ISO's and I cannot remember at all how I did it??

    Is there a specific post in this thread that explains how to do it? I've tried searching, but I can't seem to find anything.

    (Edited as I worked out how to do 4.8, just can't remember how I integrated 3.5)

    @Burdus77
    ?
    Code:
    DISM /Image:"Mount_Directory" /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /Source:"extracted_or_mounted_iso\sources\sxs"

    Yeah I realised after! Last time I did it I remembered I used the MSMGtoolkit instead, when I should have just used the cmd file! Sorry, I think my brain just completely switched off today! :D

    Thanks Abbodi1406!

    I'm having a problem with WHD-W7UI. While updating current online OS, it starts unpacking updates, but fails installing them with an error "The system cannot find the path specified". "Updates" folder is placed next to the script (along with WHDownloader) on a seperate (non-system) drive.

    Checking applicable updates - success
    Extracting files from update cabinets (.cab) - success
    Installing x updates - fail (see error above)

    Any help is appreciated

    You could try to enable debug mode
    or share dism.log

    Here is the relevant debug log snippet (full debug output attached below)
    upload_2022-6-25_17-35-50.png
    Similar situations appear throughout the file multiple times.
    It seems like this problem is not because I was selecting LDR branch, but because dism was called from Windows 10 AIK, which isn't installed on this system. It probably stored dism path in config ini when I was using it on another computer which had AIK installed.
    Thank you very much for your support (pointing me towards the logs)

    @MateV
    ldr here is used to store the list of updates for adding, not for LDR branch particularly :)

    @abbodi1406 Hey bro, how do I integrate a custom .msu file (e.g kb2999226, not included in WHD list) into .iso image using your script? I feel someone may have mentioned this before but it's hard to find the answer in MDL

    Why do you want more options when this one simply works?

    It's nice to have something to choose from. For example, I chose WHDownloader and abbodi1406 update script for w7.

    Place the file in Hotfix or General folder

    now i have a question.
    example
    say i need to clean install w10 again in 5 days. and a new update has been release by then.
    i keep downloaded files.? i need to run the blue arrow to scan for new updates. but if there is a new update .i need to download it. but what happens to the old file that hte new update replaces it.? script removes old file.? o do i manually delete file.?
    thank you

    The script don't replace or check updates, it add whatever exist in the folders

    in WHDownloader, after you load a list, the updates removed from the list will be grouped under Downloaded > Old
    you can select them and right click on one of them > Delete Selected Update(s)

    or you can change MoveOldUpdates setting in the ini file to True
    then WHDownloader will auto move the old updates to e.g. "Windows10-x64 OLD" folder

    The LCU can be re-offered when after integrating it a fod is enabled/changed, like a lp or .net35.
