    Also, W10UI can found the oscdimg.exe installed with Windows 11 22H2 ADK, But WHD-W8.1UI can't Which I have to put the oscdimg.exe to the work folder for making ISO files.

    @fch1993
    without specifying Target, could you run WHD-W81UI.cmd in debug mode and post the log?

    If you use/used KB3125574, then yes, the new smaller lists contain all applicable (latest) updates

    You mean to install or block them?

    i always disable defender, and suppress MRT
    Code:
    reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\MRT /v DontOfferThroughWUAU /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

    Defender definition updates are continuous
    MRT is once a month, cannot be added offline

    In case of clean install, (using the option to save files, or custom install from setup boot image) you are right to be concerned about things being kept or deleted, as it moves your default root folders (Recycle Bin, Program Files (both), ProgramData, Users, and Windows) into a 'Windows.old' folder, which they do a poor job of informing you that it will be deleted by a scheduled cleanup task 10 days later. More importantly though, is that it also immediately deletes anything else that resided in the root of the system drive that wasn't one of those default folders.
