How do I get WHDownload to work with Windows NT 10.0 Updates Installer Most convenient to use together?
set "Repo" config to the matching build folder path, or copy W10UI.cmd + W10UI.ini to that folder example: Code: C:\WHDownloader\Updates\Windows10-x64\General\19041 you will need to manually copy the missing Dynamic Updates (if you want) and for the Enablement Packages, copy the needed version (e.g. KB5015684 from 19041\v22H2\ to 19041\ folder)
For anyone that's interested in viewing the support article of Hotfix KB3036606 for Windows 8.1 I made a copy of the website in .png format using Wayback Machine. It took me several tries as it wouldn't always display correctly. There's a few other support articles for W8.1 hotfixes that aren't available anymore but sadly Wayback Machine doesn't have them archived. EDIT : Also added a copy in .odt format for those that prefer a text-based alternative. Compatible OpenOffice, LibreOffice, Word 2016 (or higher)
I also made a backup of the support article for Hotfix KB2891144 (W7/2008 R2) in .png and .odt format I'm posting these backups here for now, if someone knows a better location, feel free to tell me.
Hello, how I download ONLY the updates until the end of support for W7 and 8.1 (no ESU) for integrating? I want to make an ISO for W7 until 2020.01 and W8.1 until 2023.01
W7 = all updates except Security/ESU -- W8.1 = all updates except last updates for each kind: last Servicing Stack upate last Monthly Rollup update last Rollup for .NET Framework 4.8 last Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5 for those 4, replace them with updates from Last-Official-Updates.txt
I'm doing a similar project. Do you happen to know which .NET 3.5.1 and 4.8 Framework updates were the last to not require SHA-2 Code update 4474419 ? Or if someone else knows ?
@TesterMachineOS KB4486105 is .NET 4.8 you need all those general and security updates, except the obsolete NDP48 Rollups and NET452
Thanks, it works now, but I have another question: why after integrating the updates do I get a file called "RunOnce_W10_Telemetry_Tasks.cmd" on the desktop? Is there a way to make this not appear on the Windows desktop? Is this an option that can be disabled in WHD-81UI? I would not like to have this on the system, I just want to update the system.
No but you can edit the script before running, search and delete this line Code: if /i "%cat%"=="Security Updates" call :diagtrack %_Nul3%
Anyone have backup for these update files? Thanks. Code: Windows8.1-KB3102467-x64 Windows8.1-KB4486105-x64-NDP48
Hello @abbodi1406 I'm sorry for tagging you, I need another help for another update files, that is: Code: Windows6.1-KB3064209-x64 Windows6.1-KB917607-x64 Windows6.1-KB968211-x64-RefreshPkg Windows6.1-KB958830-x64-RefreshPkg I'm faced the same issues downloading those update files (like I mentioned in earlier).
