Somebody has to care enough and make one, Vista is not used by that many people this is why you dont see one
For majority of the computers they don't apply but for some the are needed and that's why they are LIMITED not GENERAL. If you are installing your computer now and probably over a year you don't need them. If you are installing a dozen computers daily (think about sys admins or computer repair shops) you better have them integrated as chances are some of those updates are needed for some of the computers daily installed.

hello. I have a problem with version 5.5. 1) the program says I have "IE Prerequisites" but that's not true, not use IE10. 2) try to lower the W7 upgrade - 2812416-v2 (RSAT Update) and W8 2913212-v2 but are eliminated to finish downloading It is possible that if I own folders, do not delete the updates that's inside? For example I use IE11 in Spanish, but when I want to delete the obsolete updates, deletes it: ( You can add a filter to avoid listing the contents of some folders. for example, a text file where you can add line by line the name of the folder you do not want to show your content and so avoid downloading. For example, I personally do not use IE8, IE9, IE10. Thx!
nice! I have some further suggestions: 1)"Donate" and 'check for update" should be under about can merge into the one dialogue box if you wish. 2)"Create iso" should be under "windows installation" 3) Missing and Expand/Collapse All button (needed if you want to quickly see which updates are missing to select when the list is updated rather than dl all or going through individually) 4) Split options into 2 things Tools & Options with toggle that when you click on the button it switches between it and the main screen would remove the need for "return to hotfix downloader" but also bring the tools to the main screen rather than hidden in options. 5) Also either I cant see it or its gone missing but cant seem to find a way to delete lists from the dropdown box
